SHUSHA, Azerbaijan, October 17. Professor Mahmud Kamaloglu of Georgia, who is visiting Shusha, told Trend that the liberation of Karabakh from Armenian occupation has brought immense delight to Azerbaijanis all over the world.
Every Azerbaijani, he pointed out, takes great satisfaction in the rebuilding in the nation's liberated areas.
"Thanks to the efforts of President Ilham Aliyev, we are witnessing the revitalization of Karabakh today. About half a million Azerbaijanis live in Georgia alone, and each of them longs to see Karabakh. Once it was freed, every house exuded festivity," he said.
To note, a group of Georgia-based Azerbaijanis set off on a journey to the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation. Shusha was the initial destination for the trip's participants. They will tour the city's historical landmarks and receive a wealth of information regarding Shusha.
