The Legal Council will consider disciplinary punishment in regard to 4 more judges at the sitting, planned for late February, Javid Husseynov, the head of the Legal Council Administration, told Trend.
Gross violations were revealed in the activities of Hassan Ahmadov and Azer Orujev, the Judges of the Court on Hard Crimes, Liliya Mavrinina, the Judge of the Narimanov district court, Asif Allahverdiyev, the chairman of the collegium of the Court of Appeal. The examination revealed that some of sentenses made by them were anulled or changed by higher court instances, Husseynov stressed.
He also noted that the Legal Council would discuss administrative punishment in regard to them and make appropriate decision.
