Activities of Azerbaijan National Depository Center divided into two parts

In order to improve the quality of services provided to clients by Azerbaijan National Depository Center (NDC) and accelerate this process of the structure, the activity of the center was divided into two parts - Front Office and Back Office, NDC said.

As a result of joint meeting of the shareholders and the supervisory board of the center, held on June12, a decision was made to establish a new organizational structure of the center. The result of this decision was the creation of new structural units and two-stage system of management that meet the infrastructure requirements of the securities market and corporate governance.

Customer service department - Front office - through this office will provide services to clients on development of primary documents and provide clients with outgoing documents.
Operations department - Back Office - displays a plan to support the core activities, i.e., verifying and confirming information supplied to the information base, including the will to implement action plan.
