Meeting of the TRACECA transport corridor member states national secretaries will take place on 8-9 February 2006 in Bucharest, Rumania. Final debates on the corridor development strategy till the end of 2015, as well as a number of other issues to be included in the agenda of the organizations inter-governmental commission fifth sitting will be held within the framework of the meeting, the TRACECA national secretary from Azerbaijan Akif Mustafayev told Trend. Today the Azerbaijan delegation leaves for Rumania.
The transport corridor development strategy draft is currently submitted to the consideration of the TRACECA member states. After its approval it will be put on consideration by the TRACECA annual inter-governmental commission.
The chairmanship in the organization will pass this year from Azerbaijan to Bulgaria. The next, fifth sitting of the intergovernmental commission is expected to be held in the third decade of this April in Sofia, Bulgaria.
