(autoinsidernews) - Audi removed the interim from CEO Rupert Stadler's title and installed him as the automaker's permanent CEO. Stadler also will remain in his CFO role.
Audi also added Michael Dick as chief technical development officer and Frank Dreves as chief production officer to the management board, reports Trend.
Dr. Martin Winterkorn, Chairman of Audi's Supervisory Board and new Volkswagen Group CEO, said With these decisions, which form part of the restructuring of the Volkswagen Group, we have quickly and thoroughly established the management team that will lead Audi into the future. This makes the Audi Board of Management complete again and fully able to function.
