MP Elmira Akhoundova, a member of the permanent parliamentary commission on social policy of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan {Parliament), said in talks with Trend that Azerbaijan needs an approval of the Law on Customs.
She noted that it is necessary to regulate religious, wedding and funeral customs.
People hold the customs in any way they want. In particular, it is necessary to adopt a bill concerning funeral customs. The circumstances in cemeteries do not meet civil norms. In many other countries wedding parties and funeral ceremonies are regulated in accordance with relevant legislation, MP Akhoundova stated.
