Kazakh Justice Ministry has proposed to sell confiscated property through e-auctions. This will improve the transparency of the sale of the confiscated property and facilitate the population's access to auctions, Deputy Justice Minister Amirkhan Amanbayev said at the ministry board.

He said the existing system does not facilitate the sale of the confiscated property at market cost and does not meet the principles of transparency.

"This problem is associated with the presence of conflicts and problems in the normative legal regulation of execution. It is necessary to toughen the requirements for work related to the sale of the confiscated property," Amanbayev said.
