Kyrgyzstan's parliament member from SDPK faction Ergal Kadyralieva initiated a brawl at the court room, 24.kg reported. Relatives of defendants Nurasbek Masashev and Altynbek Itibaev accused of the murder of Sanzharbek Kadyraliev, the parliament member from Ak-Zhol faction of 4th Parliament convocation, stated at the press conference today.
The sister of Nurasbek Masashev, Ainagul, said that Ergal Kadyralieva in the company of 20 sportsmen arrived to the Severdlovsky court yesterday. "When defendants were let in theses sportsmen attacked my brother. They beat him and Ergal joined them trying to strike him with her shoe," said Ainagul Masasheva.
The brother of the defendant Altynbek Itibaev, Meder, said that the trial was postponed 40 times due to fault of Ergal Kadyralieva. "She found news reasons to postpone the trial. Either witnesses or she didn't attend the court. Nobody, including the judge, took measures to stop beating defendants yesterday," said Meder Itibaev. "The judge was sitting and watching this like a performance," said Ainagul Masasheva.
Recall, on April 14, 2009, MP Sanzharbek Kadyraliev was shot in Bishkek. The investigation suspects Altynbek Itibaev, who had common business with Kadyraliev according to the investigation, and Nurasbek Masashev, who was orderer of the crime as investigators believe. All defendants are put into the pre-trial detention center of the State National Security Committee.
