(IRNA) - Iran's Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs Davoud Danesh-Ja'fari arrived here Tuesday at the head of a delegation for an official three-day visit.
Danesh-Ja'fari was welcomed by his Kyrgyz counterpart, Minister of Economy and Finance Akylbek Japarov.
Speaking to IRNA at Bishkek international airport, Iranian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Mohammad-Reza Sabouri said that the visiting Iranian minister will meet with the Kyrgyz president, prime minister, parliament speaker, minister of economy and finance and minister of industries and tourism, reports Trend.
He added that the minister was in Bishkek to discuss avenues for bolstering bilateral relations, follow up implementation of agreements reached by the Iran-Kyrgyzstan Joint Economic Commission during its session in Tehran in August, as well as allocation of Iran's 50-million-euro credit to Kyrgyzstan for joint development and industrial projects in Bishkek.
