Egypt will re-investigate crimes committed by the former regime, as well as the killings of demonstrators during last year's mass anti-government protests, the Voice of Russia reported.
A decree to this effect was issued by Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi on Thursday.
Earlier, all those accused of the above-mentioned crimes, investigated by independent laws, were acquitted.
