(Reuters) - A magnitude 6.2 earthquake hit Indonesia's Irian Jaya region, the U.S. Geological Survey said on Sunday.
The quake, very shallow at only 21.7 miles deep, struck at 0312 GMT 5 miles north of the town of Manokwari.
