The upcoming visit to Azerbaijan by the former U.S. Secretary of State Madeline Albright was discussed at a meeting on July between the chairman of the opposition Mussavat Party, Issa Gamabar, and the representative of the U.S. National Democracy Institute, Christy Querk.
The Mussavat press office told Trend that the parties also exchange opinions about the existing sociopolitical situation in the run up to the parliamentary elections on November 6, and prospects for cРѕoperation (between Mussavat and NDI) during the election campaign, which officially started on July 6.
