вЂњWe appealed to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry with request to assist in this problem, as the international conventions, in particular, the Vienna Convention and Consulate convention on legal assistance between the two countries were violated,вЂќ he underlined. вЂњWe have good base on consular issues on legal assistance, so we can resolve all question easily,вЂќ he stressed.
вЂњthe human rights were violated and we ought to defend the rights of every citizens of Ukraine, which are in the territory of Azerbaijan irrespective of their political views and posts.
