The desicion of the Prosecutor Office on arrest of Rasul Guliyev will be executed as soon as he returns to Azerbaijan, the Prosecutor Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told Trend.
The status of political emigrant given by Guliyev by the United States can not change the decision of the Prosecutor Office on his arrest.
The heads of the law-enforcement bodies did not express official attitude in regard to the sentence of the Simferopol court on releasing of Guliyev.
