The writings of great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi are still relevant, Queen Noor Al-Hussein says.
"The writings of great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi remain relevant, as he advocated for political reform, inter-ethnic dialogue and cooperation between peoples," Noor Al-Hussein said on Tuesday during the 1st South Caucasus Forum held in Baku.
The forum is organized by the Azerbaijani State Committee for Work with Diaspora, the International Center of Nizami Ganjavi and the Club of Madrid.
The forum is attended by about 200 prominent political figures from more than 40 countries worldwide.
The forum is focused on current regional issues as well as aspects of intercultural and interreligious dialogue.
