BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1. Roofing materials, wallpapers, metal doors, blinds, railings, partitions, metal grids, and other products manufactured at the Aghdam Industrial Park are being utilized in the construction and restoration efforts taking place in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, the Economic Zones Development Agency told Trend.
The agency noted that industrial park residents have sold products valued at 1.8 million manat ($1 million) to date. These products are primarily used for building new villages in districts such as Aghdam, Jabrayil, Lachin, Kalbajar, and others.
Currently, the Aghdam Industrial Park has granted resident status to 28 entrepreneurial entities, with a total investment volume of 260 million manat ($152.9 million), while 4 entities hold non-resident status. Nine enterprises have commenced operations within the park, creating more than 370 permanent jobs.
