Kazakhstan sets sights on agricultural boom with new irrigation project

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu, met with Almaz Alsenov, Chairman of Harvest Group, to discuss a $500 million investment project converting 300,000 hectares of unused land into irrigated agricultural land using modern water-saving technologies.
