Kyrgyzstan tightens banking regulations amid growing sanctions pressure

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has required commercial banks to enhance transaction monitoring and internal controls to prevent the risk of secondary sanctions. Banks are instructed to avoid dealings with entities under US, EU, and UK sanctions.
