BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1. Orkhan Huseynzade has been appointed as the head of the Executive Authority of Azerbaijan’s Agdash district, Trend reports.
The corresponding order was signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
"Guided by Part II of Article 124 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby appoint Orkhan Huseynzade as the head of the Executive Authority of Agdash district," the presidential decree states.
