BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1. The Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has released information about humanitarian demining operations in the territories liberated from occupation in October, Trend reports.
According to the agency, a total of 764 anti-personnel and 283 anti-tank mines, as well as 11,785 unexploded ordnances, were found and defused in Tartar, Aghdam, Aghdara, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Khojaly, Khankendi, Kalbajar, Khojavand, Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan in October.
Additionally, 5,657 hectares of land were swept clean of mines.
