BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1. Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Almassadam Satkaliyev held a telephone conversation today with Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Trend reports, citing the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan.
In the conversation Kazakhstan stated the importance of the OPEC+ role in stabilizing global oil markets, the need for cooperation and compliance to agreements, including voluntary production cuts, and compensation for the overproduction.
Kazakhstan reaffirmed its full commitment to the agreement and the voluntary reductions, as well as its commitment to compensating according to the updated schedules that will be submitted to the OPEC Secretariat.
