ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 1. Vitaly Nessis, the Chief Executive Officer of Solidcore Resources, announced plans to build a geological laboratory in Karaganda, Trend reports.
This was discussed during a meeting between Nessis and Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Tokayev was informed about the activities of one of the largest companies involved in the exploration, extraction, and processing of precious and non-ferrous metals in Kazakhstan, as well as about plans for the upcoming period.
The President was briefed that Solidcore Resources plc has begun work on a new hydrometallurgical complex, "Ertis GMK," in Pavlodar. The plant is expected to have an annual capacity of 300,000 tons of concentrate, aiming to produce Dore alloy with a gold purity of up to 98 percent.
In closing, Tokayev highlighted the significance of the company's initiatives to train engineering personnel for the domestic industry.
