BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 1. The call center "1658" of the Border Control Command of the State Border Service (SBS) of Azerbaijan operates around the clock, Elshan Verdiyev, Head of Border Control at the SBS said during a media briefing held at the command in Baku today, Trend reports.
The call center welcomes any feedback, including complaints, as Verdiyev pointed out.
"We register requests and answer calls in three languages. The number of calls received by the call center has surpassed 100,000 since 2020," he added.
