President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received former Romanian President Emil Constantinescu, Azertag reported.
Emil Constantinescu recalled Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.
During the meeting, they stressed the importance of the first South Caucasus Forum in Baku.
President Ilham Aliyev and Emil Constantinescu hailed the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Romania.
