The Mardan Palace Hotel in Turkey, which is owned by Russian businessman Telman Ismailov, is put up for sale, the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet said Apr.11.
Turkish Limak Holding, the representatives of which are negotiating with the owner of Mardan Palace, already shows interest in the acquisition of the hotel, said the newspaper.
The hotel is put up for sale because of debts. No other details are reported.
The Mardan Palace Hotel was opened in Turkey in May 2009.
