Azerbaijan , Baku / Trend , corr . I. Alizadeh/ Today, on February 21, Azerbaijan President, Ilham Aliyev signed and order concerning measures to be taken in connection with implementation of railway building project - "Baku-Tbilsi-Kars-Akhalkalaki".
According to the Presidential order, the State Commission to finance the building sections of the above-mentioned railway and implementation of operative control over forthcoming organizational arrangements has been founded.
