About 500 international observers from 27 countries will be observing the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan, the Secki-2015.az website said Oct. 26.
The observers will arrive from CIS and European countries.
The voting process will also be observed by 60,000 local observers.
Azerbaijan will hold parliamentary election Nov. 1.
