( Reuters ) - At least six people were killed and 40 wounded in a suicide attack on a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) bus near the city of Sargodha, the military said.
"The bus was carrying PAF personnel when it was struck by a suicide bomber near the Sargodha airbase," Air Commodore Sarfraz Ahmed Khan, a PAF spokesman told Reuters.
The attack comes amid escalating militancy by Islamist guerrillas across Pakistan over the past three months.
