Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 March / Trend corr. A.Salmanov / Another man has died as a result of gas poisoning in Baku on 2 March, the Internal Ministry of Azerbaijan reported to Trend on 3 March.
In January 2008, there were 40 cases of gas poisoning registered in Azerbaijan. Sixteen people died and 449 were injured as a result of gas poisoning in January.
According to information, Tural Rahimov, who lived at 5 Bakuvi Ave in the Narimanov district of Baku, was taken hospital where he later died.
An investigation has been launched into the case.
