Ukraine, Kiev / Trend corr Z. Novosvitski / A meeting for the GUAM National Coordinators' Council is to take place in Kiev on 16 November and will mainly focus on preparations of the 5th meeting of GUAM Foreign Ministers' Council scheduled for Madrid, 29-30 November, the Secretary General of GUAM Valeriy Chechelashvili said to Trend on 14 November.
"Political interaction, particularly development of our cooperation in the format of GUAM with the United States, Japan and Poland, will be considered. Moreover, implementation of the Baku strategy of industrial cooperation, generation within the framework of our working groups, regional projects and their implementation will be also discussed," Chechelashvili said.
The meeting will be attended by the Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Veselovski, the Georgian First Deputy Foreign Minister Nikoloz Vashakidze, and the Azerbaijani and Moldavian heads of the respective departments.
The 5th meeting of GUAM Foreign Ministers' Council will take place in Madrid during the 15th meeting of OSCE Foreign Ministers.
