Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr I. Ali-zade / The 26th session of the Baltic Assembly and the 13th meeting of the Baltic Council will take place in the Latvian capital city of Riga on 22 to 25 November, the Azerbaijani Parliament reported on 21 November. The event will include representatives from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Finland, Georgia and other countries. Azerbaijan will be represented by MP Vidadi Mammadov. The meetings will discuss the common energy policy of Baltic countries, approval of the Baltic Assembly's budget for 2008 and current issues.
A conference The Baltic Countries and the European Neighbourhood Policy will take place during the event.
