Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 January / Trend / On 28 January, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ali Hasan Ahmad Jaffari, who is carrying out his diplomatic activities in Azerbaijan, the Foreign Ministry reported.
According to the Ministry, in terms of international relationships Saudi Arabia has always supported Azerbaijan in issues covering the interests of Azerbaijan. Mammadyarov highly appreciated Saudi Arabia's support for Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The necessity for the further development of cooperation between the two countries in the field of economy, energy and health was noted at the meeting.
