Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 March / Trend corr I. Alizade/ The Committee on Juridical Affairs and Human Rights at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will meet in Paris on 6 March, according to the Azerbaijani Parliament reported.
The meeting will discuss CE joining the European Convention for Human Rights, ratification of the 14th protocol of the Convention by Russia, violation of human rights in the North Caucasus, religious freedom of non-Muslim minorities in Turkey and of Muslim minorities in North Greece, as well as other issues.
Azerbaijan will be represented by a member of the Azerbaijani permanent delegation to PACE MP Gultakin Hajiyeva.
