Huseyinli/ The traffic police of Baku has prohibited the advertising and sale of trade items and building materials in the pavements of the city in order to insure security of pedestrian circulation. Vagif Asadov, the Department Head of the Central Traffic Police of Baku said to Trend .
According to Law on Rules of Moving Traffic and the Code of the Administrative Infringements, the advertising and sale of the trade items and building materials in the pavements are prohibited.
According to Asadov, the physical persons advertising and selling trade items and building materials in the pavements will be fined 80 to 100 conditional financial units and juridical persons up to 400 to 500, the officials from 3000 to 4000 financial units in case of infringement of the Law.
