Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 April / corr. Trend K. Ramazanova/ Azerbaijan and Netherlands held consultations between the two Foreign Ministries on 14-17 April in Baku, the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan said on 18 April.
Araz Azimov and Mahmud Mammadguliyev, the deputy foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Marianne de Kvaasteniet, the director-general of Foreign Ministry Department on European Integration of Kingdom of Netherlands took part in the consultations. During the meeting, the guests became familiar with the political and economic situation in the region and the process of talks on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The parties stressed the importance for visits to take place in order to strengthen relations between the countries.
