Azerbaijan, Baku, 22 April / corr. Trend S. Ilhamgizi/ The Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan has responded the appeal of oppositional National Independence Party of Azerbaijan (NIPA) on allotting venue for the party meeting, a source in NIPA said.
Earlier, the Party had appealed Ministry to allot Cultural Center named after Shahriyar, owned by the Ministry, for their meeting.
Reply letter of the Ministry of National Security, received on 22 April, said that no event can be held in Shahriyar cultural center as there are repairs going around the building.
NIPA has also appealed the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to allot Theatre of Songs, named after Behbudov, for their one-day meeting. However, the Ministry has not yet responded to their appeal.
A source in NIPA said that the meeting of the party has been postponed for time being.
