Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 October/ Trend , corr S. Kazimli/ Almost all prisoners in jail 9 of Penitentiary Service in Azizbayov district of Baku have voted as of 01:00p.m. local time.
Precinct Election Commission 34 of Constituency Election Commission 2 - N14 of Azizbayov district of Baku has been organized here.
A of total of seven candidates run for presidency including Ilham Aliyev, chairman of Ruling New Azerbaijan Party, Igbal Agazade, chairman opposition Umid (Hope) Party, Fazil Gazanfaroglu, chairman of Great Establishment Party, Gudrat Hasanguliyev, chairman of Unified Popular Front Party, Hafiz Hajiyev, chairman of Muasir Musavat Party, Fuad Aliyev, chairman of Liberal Democrat Party and independent candidate Gulamhuseyn Alibayli.
A total of 294 of 295 prisoners have taken part in the vote. Prisoner Elmaz Huseynov, former commander of Security Service of the Penitentiary Service said he is well-aware of the platform and biography of each candidate and he said he did not face any pressure while voting.
