Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 October /Тrend News/ Catholicos-Patriarch of all-Georgia Ilya II congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
He expressed hope for intensive development of relations of friendship and fraternity between the two countries and peoples in the future.
