Azerbaijani border service strengthens security of Caspian Sea

The Azerbaijani State Border Service (SBS) has strengthened security of the Azerbaijani section in the Caspian Sea.
The border patrol vessels, technical observation places and onshore control places of the SBS have taken the swimming area and the set routes in the sea under serious control, the press-service of the SBS told Trend on Oct.14.
The officers arrested Baku residents, Babayev Alim, 55, Grachov Sergey, 36, and 35-year old Cabbarov Orkhan in the Mardakan settlement.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the persons put to sea without the required permit, fished in a prohibited manner - by explosives, and illegally caught 200 kg of fish.
The Board Service's Investigation Department filed a suitcase and took relevant measures towards the arrested.
