Protest rally in Tbilisi, scheduled for November 7, will not be held under the auspices of the opposition political parties. It will be held by opposition-minded non-governmental and public organizations.

During a briefing in front of the office of Imedi TV company, leaders of several NGOs said that the rally will begin at 15.00.

The march will be organized from the office to the center of Tbilisi. The demonstrators, including public representatives and opposition political parties, will reach the Parliament of Georgia.

Protesters will hold a prayer service for reunification of Georgia in the church of Kashueti, located near the parliament.

The authorities will get the petition of three points, leader of the "November 7" movement, Jaba Jishkariani, said at a biefing. He named only one requirement is to release political prisoners. He said that two other requirements will be voiced during the rally in front of the Parliament.

This action is a tribute to November 7, 2007, when Georgian police broke up a peaceful opposition rally in front of the parliament of Georgia. Afterwards, there was emergency situation in Georgia cancelled two weeks later.
