Lawyers of Badri Patarkatsishvili widow Inna Gudavadze claim that Joseph Kay disseminates misinformation

The Gibraltar Court did not recognize businessman Joseph Kay's rights on the assets of Badri Patarkatsishvili, the lawyers said at a briefing today

According to lawyer Lasha Birkaya, Kay argued the sole ownership of assets in Gibraltar

"I declare with all responsibility: Gibraltar court did not accept Kay's sole rights for these assets and stated that the owner of at least 86% of these assets is Patarkatsishvili's family. Kay is lying that these assets belong to him. But his lawyers declared as victory fixing a theoretical claim for 14% of assets by court, which also requires additional documentary evidence," Birkaya stated

According to Birkaya, the court characterized Patarkatsishvili-Kay relationship as a relationship of employer and hired

According to the court, it would be right to use such antiquated terms as "master and servant". The judge recorded that Kay enjoyed Patarkatsishvili's favor, invests his money, which are then passed off as own investments," Birkaya said

The Gibraltar Court forbid Kay to use Patarkatsishvili's assets
