A man who accused of raping a teenager was detained in Baku.
According to the Khatai Regional Police Department, Hovsan settlement resident Mukhtar Bakhish oglu Lalayev raped 17-year-old Sevda who lives at 6 H. Mirzayev St.
Lalayev was detained during police operations.
He is charged with Article 150 (Violent Actions of a Sexual Nature) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
