Today Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation headed by Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
Mohammed Hussein conveyed greetings of the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
The successful development of bilateral cooperation in all spheres, including the cultural one was stressed at the meeting. The source of such successful cooperation were friendly and fraternal relations between peoples.
The issues related to culture play an important role. During the meeting, the importance of cultural ties between both countries was highlighted.
The President thanked President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for the greetings and conveyed the greetings to the Iranian president.
