Azerbaijani president receives outgoing Polish ambassador

Today Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received Polish ambassador Krzysztof Krajewski who has completed his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan, AzerTaj state news agency reported.

Today Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received Polish ambassador Krzysztof Krajewski who has completed his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan, AzerTaj state news agency reported.

The President underlined Azerbaijan-Poland bilateral relations have developed rapidly during Krajewski`s tenure. President Ilham Aliyev highlighted the role of late President Lech Kaczynski in expanding bilateral relationship.

The President pointed out dynamic development of ties is manifestation of attention leaders of both states pay to bilateral relations. President Ilham Aliyev praised the role of ambassadors in developing bilateral relationship.

President Ilham Aliyev noted Krajewski has done much to expand bilateral ties and took an active part in many processes in Azerbaijan.

The Azerbaijani leader wished every success to outgoing Polish ambassador and awarded him with a "Dostlug" (Friendship) order.

Krajewski underlined he is honored to receive the Dostlug order. The diplomat pointed out he is impressed with Azerbaijan President's assessing his diplomatic activity so high, adding it is important for his country as well.

The ambassador expressed his satisfaction with how much relationship between the two countries has developed. He thanked President of Azerbaijan for supporting the embassy's activity.
