A one-story building where construction work was carried out collapsed in Nizami district of Baku. One man left under the rubble, the press service of the Ministry for Emergency Situations said.
Rescue officers, observing the relevant safety regulations, saved a person remaining in the rubble, and provided him with first aid. He was taken to hospital. Necessary security measures were taken at the scene of the accident.
