Uzbek President Islam Karimov signed a resolution today setting the public work schedule in light of the country's upcoming Independence Day.
Based on the resolution, Saturday, Aug. 28, and Sunday, Aug. 29, will be working days. Meanwhile, Monday, Aug. 30, and Tuesday, Aug. 31, will be holidays.
