President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order to mount a monument to great Azerbaijani commander Babek in Azerbaijan's capital.
Under the order, the Baku mayor's office was tasked with presenting proposals on the erection of the monument to the Head of State within a month.
