President of Azerbaijan on Wednesday attended the groundbreaking ceremony of water and sewerage system in Gakhingiloy and Gakhbash villages of Gakh region, north Azerbaijan.
President Aliyev viewed a layout of the water and sewerage system complex. Then the Head of State was informed that in accordance with a project of reconstruction of the water and sewerage system, 1,000-cubic meter water reservoir will be installed here in the first phase.
The following phases include construction of several 500-cubic meter water reservoirs, sewage lines, 8,300-meter long water supply system and a water-purifying plant.
The construction of the water supply and sewerage system in Gakhingiloy and Gakhbash villages of Gakh region will be completed in 2013.
President Ilham Aliyev placed a capsule into the foundation and launched the grouting facility, met with construction workers and wished them success.
