President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated Guba-Khachmaz Regional Centre.
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the centre.
Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev informed the President about the facility.
The facility covers a total area of 1.5 hectares.
Construction of the Guba-Khachmaz Regional Centre started in 2011.
