The 6 November parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan passed democratically and transparently, the report of the independent centre for assistance and consultations “For civil society” on the elections’ monitoring results dated 11 November reads, Trend reports.
The organization, which monitored the elections with 1200 observers at 44 constituencies announced, that the elections on the whole were transparent. A number of violations of law have been also reflected in the report of the organization. They are interference of local executive structures in the electoral process in a number of constituencies, small violations by votes counting and etc.
